Use of the service
YogaLife provides tools for wellness professionals to manage offers, contacts, bookings, courses, messages, analytics and authorized social integrations. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and use the platform lawfully.
Connected platforms
Facebook and Instagram connections are optional and remain subject to the applicable Meta terms, permissions and messaging rules. Users may connect only accounts and Pages they are authorized to manage. They may not use YogaLife for password collection, follower scraping, impersonation, unsolicited bulk outreach or attempts to bypass platform limits.
Workspace responsibilities
Each workspace operator is responsible for its offers, customer communications, privacy notices, consent collection, refunds, taxes and compliance with laws applicable to its business. Approval-based automation should be used until the operator has tested its rules and replies.
Availability and changes
The service may change as integrations, laws and provider APIs evolve. YogaLife may suspend a feature to address security, abuse, platform compliance or reliability risks. Maintenance and external-provider outages may temporarily affect availability.
Fees and third-party services
Paid plans and transaction services may be subject to separate pricing and processor terms. Third-party providers are responsible for their own services and availability.
Intellectual property
Users retain ownership of their original content and grant YogaLife the limited rights needed to host, process and deliver it. YogaLife retains rights in the platform, software, design and documentation.
Termination and deletion
Users may stop using the service and disconnect integrations. Certain records may be retained where legally required. Social platform data is handled according to the privacy and deletion pages.
Disclaimers and liability
YogaLife is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. The operator is not responsible for indirect losses, provider API changes, user-created content or actions taken outside the configured product safeguards.
