Disconnect inside YogaLife
- Sign in to your YogaLife workspace.
- Open Settings → Social networks.
- Select Disconnect for the Facebook Page or Instagram Professional account.
Disconnecting removes the encrypted access credential and stops new webhook processing for that account. Historical records may remain until the workspace deletes them or submits a privacy request.
Delete through Facebook or Instagram
When a user removes YogaLife from their Meta account settings and Meta sends a signed deletion request, YogaLife registers the request, removes social accounts authorized by that Meta user, deletes their encrypted credentials and account-linked data, cleans matching or orphaned social contacts and CRM records, and returns a confirmation URL and code.
The callback configured in the Meta app dashboard is:
/api/meta-data-deletion-callback
Track a Meta deletion request
Use the confirmation URL returned by Meta, or open the status page with the confirmation code:
/data-deletion/status/?code=YOUR_CONFIRMATION_CODE
Request broader deletion
For workspace account data or information not covered by the automated Meta callback, contact the YogaLife privacy contact. Include enough information to locate the account, but never send passwords or access tokens.
Deletion requests may preserve limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal claims or accounting obligations.
