Information we process
Depending on the features a workspace enables, YogaLife may process account and workspace details, offer and booking information, CRM contacts, website analytics events, customer messages, comments, social account identifiers, Page or professional-account profile information, message attachments, lead qualification notes, webhook delivery records and technical security logs.
Connected Facebook and Instagram services
YogaLife accesses Facebook or Instagram data only after an authorized professional connects an eligible Page or professional account. The connection is used to show inbound conversations and comments, provide social analytics, prepare or send replies within platform rules, and maintain the requested integration.
YogaLife does not use connected social data for follower scraping, password collection, personal-profile automation, cold bulk messaging or sale to advertisers.
How information is used
- Provide the workspace, CRM, booking, course, marketing and analytics features requested by the user.
- Receive and route authorized inbound social interactions.
- Prepare, approve and send replies where the workspace has enabled that action.
- Detect abuse, diagnose delivery failures, protect accounts and maintain audit records.
- Comply with deletion requests, legal obligations and platform requirements.
Legal basis and instructions
Workspace operators are responsible for their customer-facing notices and lawful instructions. YogaLife acts as a service provider for workspace data and also processes limited account, security and billing information needed to operate the service.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as needed for the active service, legitimate security and accounting needs, or applicable legal requirements. Connected credentials are encrypted server-side and removed when an account is disconnected. Failed webhook payloads and operational logs are subject to limited retention and cleanup.
Sharing
Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers needed to host, secure and deliver YogaLife, and by Facebook or Instagram when a user explicitly connects or communicates through those platforms. YogaLife does not sell personal data.
International processing
YogaLife and its infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country. Appropriate contractual and technical measures should be configured by the service operator where required.
Your choices and rights
Users can disconnect social accounts, disable automations, request access or correction, and request deletion. Meta-originated deletion requests can be tracked through the public deletion status page. Broader privacy requests can be sent to the YogaLife privacy contact.
Security
YogaLife uses authenticated workspace access, row-level database controls, encrypted social tokens, signed webhook validation, idempotent event processing, retry limits and audit records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
